Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your filber account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours. filber does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which filber accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified members. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled on the same business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended for amounts exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) due to enhanced verification requirements.

Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. If account closure is a consequence of a breach of these Terms by the member, filber reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
All content on the filber Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software code, game content, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of filber or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).
filber grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any filber content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filber, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game provider partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
filber's total aggregate liability to any individual member, arising out of or in connection with any claim under these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
filber does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. filber will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise disruption and to notify members of planned downtime in advance.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. By using the filber Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You are responsible for all decisions you make on the Platform. filber does not guarantee any winnings. All wagers placed on the Platform may result in a total loss of the wagered amount.
filber processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to filber's collection, processing, storage, and — where applicable — transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila for the resolution of any such dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent filber from seeking urgent equitable relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction in connection with intellectual property infringement, fraud, or other matters requiring emergency injunctive relief.
filber reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, filber will notify registered members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.
The amended Terms will become effective upon the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is published, except in cases where changes are required urgently to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the filber Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting filber support.
