The filber Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. filber does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data of persons under the age of 21.
If filber becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data of a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned (less any bonus amounts received) to the original payment method.

filber's Privacy Policy does not extend to any third-party services, platforms, or websites that are not operated by filber. filber strongly encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third parties whose services you use in connection with, or independently of, the filber Platform.
filber reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, filber's data processing practices, or the structure of the Platform. When material changes are made to this Policy, filber will notify registered members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.
The revised Policy will become effective on the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the filber Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, the updated terms.
